Janta Lodge: Terms & Conditions

1. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in Time: 12:00 PM.

  • Check-out Time: 11:00 AM.

  • Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Identification: As per Government of India regulations, all guests (including children) must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License) upon check-in. Foreign nationals must present a valid Passport and Visa.

2. Booking and Payments

  • Reservation: A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the required advance payment.

  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, UPI, and major credit/debit cards.

  • Taxes: All rates are subject to applicable GST as per government norms.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date: 90% refund of the advance amount.

  • Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before check-in: 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in or "No Shows": No refund will be provided.

4. Guest Conduct and Safety

  • CCTV Surveillance: For your safety, public areas and corridors are under 24/7 CCTV monitoring.

  • Right of Admission: The Management reserves the right of admission. We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave without a refund in case of disorderly conduct or illegal activities.

  • Smoking: Janta Lodge maintains a clean environment. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. Please use designated outdoor areas.

  • Quiet Hours: To ensure all guests enjoy a peaceful stay, we request minimal noise between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

5. Property and Damages

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property, furniture, or equipment during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest's bill.

  • Please ensure all taps, lights, and electrical appliances are turned off when leaving the room.

6. Valuables

  • While we take every precaution to ensure a secure environment, the Management is not responsible for the loss of jewelry, cash, or other valuables left in the rooms.

7. Amenities

  • Wi-Fi: Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is provided for guest use. Please use it responsibly.

  • Water: Hot water is available via attached geysers. Please use water mindfully to support our mountain conservation efforts.
