Identification: As per Government of India regulations, all guests (including children) must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License) upon check-in. Foreign nationals must present a valid Passport and Visa.
Reservation: A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the required advance payment.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, UPI, and major credit/debit cards.
Taxes: All rates are subject to applicable GST as per government norms.
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date: 90% refund of the advance amount.
Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before check-in: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in or "No Shows": No refund will be provided.
CCTV Surveillance: For your safety, public areas and corridors are under 24/7 CCTV monitoring.
Right of Admission: The Management reserves the right of admission. We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave without a refund in case of disorderly conduct or illegal activities.
Smoking: Janta Lodge maintains a clean environment. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. Please use designated outdoor areas.
Quiet Hours: To ensure all guests enjoy a peaceful stay, we request minimal noise between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property, furniture, or equipment during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest's bill.
Please ensure all taps, lights, and electrical appliances are turned off when leaving the room.
While we take every precaution to ensure a secure environment, the Management is not responsible for the loss of jewelry, cash, or other valuables left in the rooms.
